If you experience both issues, the connectors for the radio and the PAC data interface may be mixed up. On the PAC interface, locate the Radio Harness connector. This connector is labeled at the bottom of the PAC interface. This connector shouldn’t have any RCA jacks on it. If you find there are RCA jacks on it, then you have this harness and the radio's AV Harness mixed up.
