Heigh10: Firmware Update and Legacy Firmware

This article contains the latest firmware for your Heigh10. The following firmware is only for the Heigh10 "X version radios.

This can be verified two different ways:

• If Skytraq (circled in red) is shown the System Information screen, you have an “X” version.

  settings / system settings / installer settings (0052) / system information

• You can also verify the version by the revision number on the radio chassis. If it ends in X (circled in red), you have an “X” version.

USB 2.0 Flash Drive Setup

• A name brand USB 2.0 flash drive no larger than 32GB.
• The USB 2.0 flash drive must be formatted to FAT32.
• Do not use Google Chrome or Apple Safari as they unzip files unless this feature has been disabled. The radio cannot read an unzipped file.
• After the firmware is downloaded, copy and paste it from your Downloads folder, onto the USB 2.0 flash drive. It should be the only file in the USB 2.0 flash drive.
