- Unplug all connections from the dashcam.
- Unplug the rear camera and then plug it back in firmly, ensuring that the camera is plugged in all the way. This is most likely the cause of the problem.
- Plug the rear camera cable back into the dashcam, and as with the rear camera, make sure it is plugged in all the way.
- Plug the power connector back into the dashcam and then start the vehicle.
- After the camera powers up, press the reset button on the side of the dashcam with a paper clip.
- After the dashcam loads back up, the problem should be resolved.
