If the radio doesn’t activate the backup camera screen when the vehicle is in reverse, it may indicate that the reverse wire has not been properly connected. On the radio-side harness of the PAC interface module, you will find bullet connectors on a Purple/White wire. Make sure these bullet connectors are connected according to the type of transmission in your vehicle.
