RB10F15009X, RB10F15009HP, RB10F15009, STH10F150B: Voice button not working on the steering wheel

If the Voice button on the steering wheel doesn’t enable Google Assistant or Siri, follow these steps for troubleshooting.

1. Inspect the LED light on the PAC RP4-FD11 “blue box” interface. Does it flash when you press the button on the steering wheel? If not, follow the instructions on page 2 of the RP4-FD11 instructions.
2. If the light flashes but Google Assistant or Siri does not activate, check the firmware version on the RP4-FD11. The firmware must be 1.5.4.6 or higher. If the version is lower than that, you will need to update the interface using the PAC-UP interface updater and the relevant firmware available on the PAC RP4-FD11 product page located here.
