Heigh10+ & Horizon10: Volume Knob Not Working

If the volume knob has never worked, or did work but quit shortly after installation, follow these steps to correct the problem.

1. Start the vehicle.
2. On the radio, navigate to Settings / Load Defaults.
3. Select Reset.
4. After the radio loads back up test the volume knob. It should now function again.
