Updating the SE-P14 & SE-P24 Navigation SD Card

Follow these steps to update the SE-P14 & SE-P24.

1. With the radio off, insert the SD card into the radio.  (Figure A)
2. Turn the radio on and then press the NAV icon.
3. Follow all the prompts to initialize the card. Once complete, turn off the vehicle to shut the radio down.
4. Remove the card and then insert it into a PC.
5. Navigate to Naviextras.com and then select Register to create an account.
6. Search for Stinger and then select UN1880 for the SE-P14 card, or IX210 for the SE-P24 card. Select continue after you see the “successful” prompt.
7. Fill out the required fields and then create an account.
8. Check your email inbox for the Naviextras confirmation link and then confirm your email address.
9. Click on the end user link to download the Toolbox. Select the proper download for your computer version. This page also has a video tutorial, frequently asked questions, and a how-to-guide.
