If the kit is not working properly or the factory camera quit working, try these steps to fix the issue.
- Open the hood and locate the fuse box next to the battery. Remove the radio fuse for 5 seconds. The radio fuse is F97, a 20-amp yellow fuse.
- After reinserting the fuse close the fuse box and hood, then start the Jeep.
- After the radio loads up, navigate to Settings / System Settings and search for Load Defaults. Select to reset the radio.
- After the radio loads up, navigate to: Settings / System Settings / Installer (0052) / Advanced Vehicle Settings / About.
- Swipe to the left or right until you see RPA-HD1 and then Select Factory Reset.
- Swipe to the left or right until you see PL-1 and then Select Factory Reset.
- Swipe to the left or right until you see RadioPro and then Select Factory Reset.
Aftre the radio loads up, check the kit for proper functionality. If the kit is still not functioning correctly, please contact technical support for further troubleshooting. It would be best if the dashboard is apart to inspect the kit components behind the dashboard.
